The Weird Thing About Us

Careful on who you judge.

Seeking an escape from the pressures of his final college thesis, Marvin and his friends head to a seemingly peaceful rental house in a quiet suburban neighborhood. But the eerie silence of the locals is quickly broken when the group realizes the residents share a terrifying, mind-altering secret hidden behind glowing blue eyes. Ruled by a cryptic man named Elias Vale, the neighborhood operates on a single, brutal rule: those who judge are marked for possession. As his friends are systematically taken and transformed for their arrogance, Marvin must navigate a suburban nightmare where a simple misunderstanding is a death sentence, and surviving means confronting the true cost of human empathy.
